The Creatives I Was Inspired By…{When I Exercise}
Here is a list of creators that inspire my workouts. You might be able to find good ideas from them. No one learns from one source. You keep and open mind and let yourself adapt. The good ideas will start to repeat themselves naturally. This is especially true when very different styles start to fundamental appear similar.
Skill and Technique.
These people got me to appreciate the practical skills. The science and reasoning behind why you do weird things and adjust to make things happen. This is the blocking and tackling. You have to do some things well. Period.
Creativity and Design.
These people live outside the box and get weird. I like that. The weird combinations stood out as new ways to think about training.
Warm up and Recovery/Yoga.
You need to rest and recovery. Great ideas all over this. Mobility is key to find a stable start.
