Ingredient List

  • 1 pound lean 96/4 ground beef or turkey

  • 2 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon onion dip mix

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef or turkey, egg whites, chopped chives, minced garlic, onion dip mix, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.

  5. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
