  • 100g Unflavored Casein Protein Powder

  • 100g Bread Flour

  • 100g Egg white

  • 80g Greek Yogurt

  • 40g Apple Sauce

  • 10g Minced Garlic

  • 1 large, Egg

  • 5g Sucralose

  • 2g, Baking Powder

  • 3g, Salt

  • Optional: Oregano, Thyme, Basil, or your favorite herb blends

Instructions

  1. Set oven at 400F

  2. Mix the dry

  3. Mix the wet

  4. Pour the wet over the dry and mix (it will take a little bit)

  5. Once together, kneed the dough for a few minutes (fold it in half and smush it, repeat) flatten to match cooking surface (1/4 sheet tray)

  6. Spray a 1/4 sheet tray with cooking spray, can use olive oil

  7. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes. Can be a bit more or less, but ok to be slightly under done.

  8. Top with pizza stuff, pit it back in the oven and melt the cheese
