Ingredient List

  • 100g plain Greek yogurt

  • 120g unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 30g vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

  • 1-2 packets of stevia or any natural sweetener, to taste (optional)

  • 120g ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla whey protein powder, orange segments, vanilla extract, orange zest, and stevia or any natural sweetener (if using).

  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the creamsicle drink into a tall glass.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and refreshing high protein and low calorie creamsicle drink!
