Columbian Crepe-adilla (makes 1 servings)

Ingredient List

  • 1/4 cup unflavored Casein protein powder

  • 1/4 cup Bread Flour

  • 1 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup water

  • pinch teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (the light one), melted

  • 2 oz 96/4 ground beef or lean ground turkey

  • 2 oz low fat cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, protein, salt

  2. MIx eggs, water almond milk, melted butter

  3. Carefully mix the wet and the dry separately and pour the wet over the dry. The consistency should be very watery. put the mix in the fridge for 10-15 minutes

  4. Brown the beef

  5. Make the crepe. a pan on medium high heat and a little mix goes a long way. Pour in enough mix to coat the pan thinly. Crepes finish fast.

  6. Move crepe to plate, tope with beef and cheese. Fold it in half and then half again to make a triangle.
