Chicken Fritters (makes 12 servings)

Ingredient List
4.5 oz can of chicken breast (can use super shredded up chicken or use a food processor)
75g prepared couscous (bread crumbs in a pinch)
1 whole egg
1/2 cup low fat mozzarella
1 tsp of the following
garlic powder
onion powder
oregano
salt
black pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except the cheese) into a bowl until homogenous
Heat up a skillet/frying pan/griddle
Use a disher to scoop 1/12 of the mix and place it on the cooking surface.
Flatten it out and cook for 90 second
Add a small amount of cheese to top and flip it
Add a little more cheese to the top
Allow the mix to cook until the cheese gets crispy
Feel free to flip a couple of time to darken the cheese and make it crispy
Serve the fritters with marinara, BBQ, ranch, or buffalo sauce
