This is a great recipe. I don’t make anything for posting you to his site, but he has a lot of interesting options and recipes. It’s definitely helped me understand more.

Ingredient List

  • 6 low moisture mozzarella string cheese (lowest calories possible)

  • 1 jar of marinara sauce (can use homemade too)

  • 3 containers to make dredge stations

    • 30g - Flour

    • 1 egg plus 1 egg white

    • 100g Italian breadcrumbs or plain breadcrumb

  • 10g Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  • 4g Garlic Powder

  • 5g Salt

  • 1g Parsley Flake

  • 1 dash Black Pepper

  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pre heat air fryer

  2. Create the dredge stations

    1. Sift flour to break out any lumps (Station 1)

    2. beat the egg and egg white to create the egg mix (Station 2)

    3. Mix breadcrumb, parmesan, garlic powder, salt pepper, parsley

  3. Dip Mozz. stick and coat in flour, followed by

  4. dip it and coat in egg mix, followed by

  5. dip and coat in breadcrumb

    1. You may want an extra pass to ensure it is completely covered.

  6. Spray cooking spray on the coated stick and arrange in air fryer (no parts should touch each other)

  7. 350 degrees F for 3-4 minutes (keep an eye on it)
