Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Beef 96/4

  • 1 12 bun package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls

  • 10 Turkey Bacon slices

  • 6 Low Fat Cheese Slices

  • Tbls of dry minced onion (soaked in water or you can mince onions)

  • couple heavy pinches of salt

  • Tbls black pepper

  • 2 tbls of Worcestershire

  • 1 Tbls garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • few drops of liquid smoke (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F

  2. Reconstitute the minced onion in water or freshy mince your own (the dry ones are how McDonald’s does it)

  3. Measure the size of the Hawaiian rolls and use a baking sheet or two to set the size

  4. Mix items 5-11 to the ground beef and create 2 patties that could cover the rolls

  5. Bake the meat patties for 15-20 minutes (your desired temp)

  6. Fry up the bacon in a pan

  7. Once the beef is done, cut the entire bun horizontally to make one big bun

  8. Lay the first round of beef, top with 6 slices of cheese, the second beef patty, then bacon

  9. If you like more, add pickles or whatever you burger topping of choice are

  10. Top with top bun (sounds redundant) and cut into 12 burgers.

  11. Wrap 2-3 in tinfoil and put in the freezer.

  12. When needed put into an air fryer at 350 for about 5-6 minutes
