Multipliers

Iā€™m not sure about the order of this book. Originally introduced to me as the book for the CEO (SYSMEX). I think there is a valid read here, but you you should read the first 2-3 chapters and then the last few chapter. My concern is the book can read as fire half your staff and work the other half twice as hard for the same results. This is awful practice. The book should have leaned into the philosophy more to expose the proper intent. Things such as unconditional belief and guidance of your team. Basically, really listen and understand your team as individuals who are smart but insecure in total ability. Offer supportive and uplifting words to get them to believe in themselves. From this, a person will be more productive because they are enthused to work WITH YOU.
