Bagels (Rahul Kamat Recipe)

Ingredient List

  1. 3/4 cup AP Flour

  2. 3 tbsp. Coconut Flour

  3. Pinch Baking Powder

  4. 1 tsp. Salt

  5. 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt

  6. Optional: Bagel seasoning or favorite bagel flavors

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C)

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the AP Flour, Coconut Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt

  3. Add Greek Yogurt and mix until dough-like (it will look crumbly, but keep going)

  4. Once together, move the mix to a workbench. Use parchment paper to help

  5. Knead dough for several minutes until it won’t stick to you

  6. Divide the dough into 2. Roll each one into a log, then press the ends together to stick

  7. Grab a pot and boil water. once boiling, add a little baking soda to help brown it.

  8. Remove from the water after a minute and top with your flavoring choice.

  9. Spray the top with cooking spray and put in the oven for 12–15 minutes

  10. Let it cool, then make an egg and cheese bagel. That’s what you wanted, anyway.
