Ingredient List

Wet Ingredients:

  1. 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  3. 2 large eggs

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pancake Batter:

    • In a blender or food processor, grind the rolled oats into a flour-like consistency.

    • In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:

    • In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

    • Add applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

    • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients.

    • Stir until just combined. If the batter is too thick, you can add a splash of milk or almond milk.

  4. Cook Pancakes:
