Banana Oat Cookies

Ingredient List

  1. 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  2. 1 cup oats

  3. 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter

  4. A pinch of salt

  5. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  6. Sucralose or sweetener of choice, to taste

  7. 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, oats, powdered peanut butter, salt, and plain Greek yogurt. Mix well.

  3. Add sucralose or your preferred sweetener to taste. Remember, the ripe bananas and chocolate chips will add sweetness too.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dough.

  5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.

  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  9. Once cooled, enjoy your protein-packed banana oat cookies!
