Peanut Butter Oreos Cookies (from Brian Nam) make 45 cookies

This recipe is taken from Brian Nam. He is a YouTube that works on anabolic recipes.

Ingredient List (this is really important)

  1. Wet Mix

    1. 75g of Fake Sugar (not real sugar)

    2. 25g Fake Brown Sugar (Swerve makes a good one)

    3. 21g of Soften Unsalted Butter (real butter)

    4. 28g Fake Butter (I can’t believe it’s not butter [the light one!])

    5. 1 Whole Egg

    6. 1 tsp/5g Vanilla Extract

  2. Dry Mix

    1. 1/2 tsp/3g Baking Soda

    2. pinch of Salt

    3. 5g Vanilla Extract or flavor extract of choice

    4. 36g Cocoa Powder

    5. 20g CASEIN Protein (this is important. the powder has to be at least a blend of whey and casein. It’s preferred to use all casein! If your protein says WHEY it will not work well.)

  3. Oreo Filling

    1. 50g Confectioners Sugar (powdered)

    2. 20g Powder Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter

    3. 10g Chocolate CASEIN Protein

    4. 2oz 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese

    5. Almond milk for consistency

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Make the Oreo Filling and put it in the fridge

  3. Mix the dry

  4. mix the wet

  5. mix the Dry and Wet

  6. Cut Parchment paper to fit your tray and spray the paper with cooking spray

  7. Spray the inside of a ziplock bag and fill it with the cookie mix. Squeeze it to a corner and snip the tip

  8. Gently squeeze small dollops 1-2 inches apart on the try

  9. Keep a small cup of water and a spoon to press out cookies to desired size.

    1. You want to keep things wet. the dough is grossly sticky

  10. Bake to 10ish minutes

  11. FULLY LET THEM COOL. THEY KINDA SUCK WARM!!

  12. Spoon the Oreo Filling on underside of a cookie, than attach another over the filling
