Chocolate Chip Cookies (from Brian Nam) makes 10 cookies

This recipe is taken from Brian Nam. He is a YouTube that works on anabolic recipes. Before I found this masterpiece, I wanted cookies bad. Like those garbage Lenny & Larry Cookies looked like an option. These are the closest to a real diet cookie. He also has a Oreo recipe that is worth the time.

Ingredient List (this is really important)
Wet Mix
75g of Fake Sugar (not real sugar)
25g Fake Brown Sugar (Swerve makes a good one)
21g of Soften Unsalted Butter (real butter)
28g Fake Butter (I can’t believe it’s not butter [the light one!])
1 Whole Egg
1 tsp/5g Vanilla Extract
Dry Mix
1/2 tsp/3g Baking Soda
pinch of Salt
25g AP Flour (can be coconut/almond etc flour)
20g CASEIN Protein (this is important. the powder has to be at least a blend of whey and casein. It’s preferred to use all casein! If your protein says WHEY it will not work well.)
20g Mini Chocolate chips (Lilly’s is a good choice)
Optional- 3.5g Cream of Tartar (for chewy cookies)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the dry
mix the wet
mix the friends (add the chocolate)
Dance Party for maybe 10 mins (put the dough in the fridge)
Cut Parchment paper to fit your tray and spray the paper with cooking spray
Keep a small cup of water and a spoon to mold out cookies to desired size.
You want to keep things wet. the dough is grossly sticky
Bake to 10ish minutes
FULLY LET THEM COOL. THEY KINDA SUCK WARM!!
