Protein Banana Blondies makes 6

This recipe the first time I created something from scratch. No recipe inspired, so if I copied you… Great minds right. Basically, I wanted brownies and had a bunch of bananas.
Ingredient List
4 count Overripe Bananas
4 scoops of Cookies & Cream Casein Protein Powder (can be a blend, but not all whey protein)
1 whole Egg (like minus the shell, but you get the point)
100g Egg Whites
50g Sugar or Sugar Substitute
25g Brown Sugar or Brown Sugar Substitute
40g AP Flour or Vital Wheat Gluten
8g Vanilla Extract
5g Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
(Optional) 20g Chocolate Chips or nuts or whatever you like in banana bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mash the bananas
Mix the sugars, vanilla extract, egg, egg whites
Mix in the protein powder, flour, baking powder, salt
Dance Party for maybe 5-10 mins (put the dough in the fridge)
Spray the tray with cooking spray
Bake to 15ish minutes
FULLY LET THEM COOL. THEY KINDA SUCK WARM!!
