S’more Pop-Tart

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup oat flour
1 egg white
For the Filling:
Crushed graham crackers (about 1/4 cup)
Mini marshmallows (about 1/4 cup)
High-protein hazelnut spread (about 2 tablespoons)
Chocolate pudding mix (a few grams for flavor)
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, oat flour, and egg white to form the dough. Mix until well combined.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles of equal size (to form the pop tarts).
In a small bowl, mix the crushed Graham crackers, mini marshmallows, high-protein hazelnut spread, and a small amount of chocolate pudding mix.
Place a spoonful of the filling mixture onto half of the dough rectangles, leaving space around the edges.
Place the remaining dough rectangles on top of the filling-covered ones, pressing down the edges to seal.
Place the assembled pop tarts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
Air fry the pop tarts at 350°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the pop tarts from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
If there is extra dough, feel free to load them up with any other fillings you prefer.
