Ninja Creami Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Calories 455/Protein 65g/Carbs 33g/Fat 7g (per pint)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of skim milk (or Fairlife milk for added protein)

  • 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons of sucralose (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons of Powdered Peanut butter

  • A pinch of salt (enhances flavors)

  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (for that rich chocolatey bliss)

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (for extra creaminess)

Instructions:

  1. Begin your ice cream creation by ensuring your Ninja Creami is clean and ready for action.

  2. Add about 3/4 of the milk to the Ninja Creami container. Stay below the max fill line

    1. If you have a small stick blender, put in the whisking end and start it, if not spoons help

  3. Add all the ingredients, use the mixer to combine. Or add everything, add the top and shake it for a little bit

  4. Place closed container in the freezer overnight

  5. When you are ready, remove from the freezer and run warm water on the container for a minute or 2.

  6. Once the mix looks softer, run it through your Ninja Creami on the the ice cream setting. Run it on that setting twice.

  7. Use like a regular pint of ice cream. Basically eat the whole thing while in bed.
