S’more Yogurt

Calories 300/Protein 30g/Carbs 25g/Fat 10g

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 1 sheet of graham crackers (crushed)

  • Sucralose or another sweetener (to taste)

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup Mini marshmallows

  • Sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (1-2 tablespoons, as desired)

  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips (1-2 tablespoons, as desired)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add mini marshmallows and microwave for about 30 seconds to melt

  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, pudding mix, and Vanilla protein powder. Stir well until the protein powder is fully incorporated into the yogurt.

  3. Add sucralose or your preferred sweetener to taste. Stir until the yogurt mixture is sweetened to your liking.

  4. Crush the graham cracker sheet into small crumbs and sprinkle it over the yogurt mixture.

  5. Mix in chocolate chips

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your S'more Yogurt!
