Ingredient List
60g AP Flour
2g Baking Powder
2g Salt
1/2 Scoop Casein Protein
1/2 Scoop Whey Protein
5g Black Cocoa Powder
10g Cocoa Powder
20g Sucralose
130g Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
30g Blended Sucralose
Instructions
In a bowl combine AP Flour, baking Powder, Cocoa Powders Protein powder, and salt, and it mix it up.
Add Greek yogurt mix it until it’s a dough. Be cautious not to knead the dough too much and increase its chewiness.
Place completed dough in freezer for 5 minutes
Take the dough and weigh out 25 doughballs. Roll it into a ball, then roll in powdered sweetener.
Freeze the extra. They are best prepped and cooked once, not reheated.
Air Fry at 350F for 5 minutes
Take extra 30g sucralose and blend it to a fine powder add a little water to make icing
Roll the warm donut holes in the icing, cool and enjoy.
