Ingredient List

  1. 60g AP Flour

  2. 2g Baking Powder

  3. 2g Salt

  4. 1/2 Scoop Casein Protein

  5. 1/2 Scoop Whey Protein

  6. 5g Black Cocoa Powder

  7. 10g Cocoa Powder

  8. 20g Sucralose

  9. 130g Low-Fat Greek Yogurt

  10. 30g Blended Sucralose

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine AP Flour, baking Powder, Cocoa Powders Protein powder, and salt, and it mix it up.

  2. Add Greek yogurt mix it until it’s a dough. Be cautious not to knead the dough too much and increase its chewiness.

  3. Place completed dough in freezer for 5 minutes

  4. Take the dough and weigh out 25 doughballs. Roll it into a ball, then roll in powdered sweetener.

  5. Freeze the extra. They are best prepped and cooked once, not reheated.

  6. Air Fry at 350F for 5 minutes

  7. Take extra 30g sucralose and blend it to a fine powder add a little water to make icing

  8. Roll the warm donut holes in the icing, cool and enjoy.
