Ingredient List
Dredge:
First Bowl
25 g Vital Wheat Gluten
2 Tbls of Creole Seasoning
1/2g Onion Powder
1/2g Garlic Powder
1g Thyme
1/2g Paprika
1/2g Italian Seasoning (over mix of Basil and Oregano)
1g Salt & Black Pepper
1g Baking Powder
Second Bowl
100g Egg white or 2-3 Whole Egg
2g Hot Sauce of Choice
280g Chicken Breast
Cooking Spray
Air Fryer or Oven at 365-370F
Instructions
Chicken
Select which hand will be dry and which will be wet (if you mix, your hands will get a little gross)
Set Bowls 1&2 next to each other and dip chicken in the first.
Thoroughly coat the chicken in Bowl 1. Really press it in.
Use dry hand to dip in Bowl 2, then use your wet hand to soak the chicken. Once coated, use your wet hand to move it back to Bowl 1
Use dry hand to press the breading in
Liberally spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray
Place chicken in pre heated air fryer (oil side down) and spray the top the same
Air Fry at 365-370F for 10 Mins
Stack like a sandwich and smother in hot sauce.
