Ingredient List

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey or 96/4 Ground Beef

  • 1 medium White Onion

  • 1 medium Bell Pepper (your choice of color)

  • 1/2 cup Ketchup

  • 1/2 cup Chicory Root or Honey

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcester Sauce

  • Healthy Life 80 Calorie hamburger buns

  • Optional (red pepper flake/Chili powder/Cayenne/your favorite hot sauce

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat chosen until done. Add salt and pepper

  2. Sauté Onion and Bell Pepper

  3. Add in minced garlic and Worcester Sauce

  4. Add Ketchup and Chicory Roar/Honey then stir to combine

  5. Add other spices to your preference of heat

  6. Toast the Healthy Life Buns and top with the Sloppy Joe mix
