  • 1 low calorie Sub Roll

  • 112g 96/4 Ground Beef

  • 2 slices of Kraft Singles

  • 1/2 White Onion

  • Couple Tomato Slices

  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup

  • tablespoon Light Mayo

  • 1 cup shredded Lettuce

  • season with Adobo

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion. Be sure to chop it up

  2. Toast sub roll

  3. Dress sub roll with ketchup and Mayo

  4. Top meat with Cheese to melt

  5. Try to add the meat to sub roll as 1 unit

  6. Add Tomato and lettuce

  7. Roll the sandwich in foil tightly

  8. Cut sandwich and serve
