Crunch Wrap

Ingredients:
For the Crunchwrap:
4 oz lean ground turkey or chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 high-fiber, low-carb large tortilla wrap
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (sub for sour cream)
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp shredded reduced-fat cheese
1 small whole-wheat tostada or baked tortilla chips
Optional Veggie Fillings:
Diced tomatoes
Diced onions
Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Cook the Turkey/Chicken:
Season the ground turkey or chicken with salt and pepper.
In a non-stick skillet, cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
Assemble the Crunchwrap:
Place the large tortilla on a flat surface.
In the center, layer cooked turkey, Greek yogurt, shredded lettuce, salsa, and shredded cheese.
Top with the tostada or tortilla chips for crunch.
Add any optional veggie toppings as desired.
Fold and Grill:
Carefully fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a sealed wrap.
Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place the Crunchwrap seam-side down over medium heat.
Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy:
