  • 1 low-calorie hamburger bun

  • 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce

  • 1 ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 6 turkey pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F/200°C

  2. Slice the low-calorie hamburger buns in half horizontally to create mini pizza crusts.

  3. Place the mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  4. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto each mini crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle a desired amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Adjust the amount based on your preference.

  6. Add your favorite pizza toppings to each mini pizza. Feel free to get creative and mix different toppings together.

  7. Place the baking sheet or pizza stone in the preheated oven and bake for about 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

  8. Remove the mini pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

  9. Serve the mini pizzas hot, and enjoy!
