Jubilee

Jubilee is a Chinese-American mutant and a member of the X-Men superhero team. With the ability to generate explosive energy plasmoids, she brings a youthful energy and humor to the group.     • Mountain climbers: 30 seconds

    • Lateral Shuffle: 30 seconds

    • Windmils: 30 seconds

    • Rest: 1 minute

  3. Circuit 3: Cardiovascular Endurance (10 minutes) Perform the following exercises for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest between exercises. Complete two sets of the circuit with a 1-minute rest between each set.

    • Burpees: 45 seconds

    • High-intensity cardio option (Jumping Jacks or Sprints, even hold Plank): 45 seconds

    • Jumping lunges: 45 seconds

    • Bicycle crunches: 45 seconds

    • Rest: 1 minute

  4. Cool-down (5 minutes):

    • Walking: 2 minutes

    • Stretching (focus on major muscle groups): 3 minutes
