Zoom (Pylo Box)

Hunter Zolomon, also known as Zoom, is a fictional character in DC Comics. He is primarily associated with the Flash and is portrayed as one of the Flash's most formidable adversaries. Zoom possesses superhuman speed and time-manipulating abilities, allowing him to move at incredible velocities and alter his perception of time. Unlike other speedsters, Zoom is motivated by a desire to make others stronger by subjecting them to personal tragedy. He is known for his relentless pursuit of the Flash, using his powers to create chaos and test the limits of the Flash's speed. With his unique powers and menacing demeanor, Zoom remains an iconic and memorable villain in the DC Universe.

The workout is done from in sequence

  • Spanish Squats: 2 sets of 90 seconds (focus on the lowest part of the squat)

  • Butt Kickers: 3 sets of 20 kicks per side (focus on bringing your heel as close to your glute as possible).

  • High Knees: 3 sets of 20 kicks per side (focus on bringing your knee as high as you can and holding)

  • Banded March: 50 steps with a band around feet

  • Sprinter Step Lunge: 3 sets of 15–20 reps per side

  • Lateral Box Step-Ups: 3 sets of 12–15 reps per side

  • Lateral Start Sprints: 2 sets of 5–10 sec sprints per side (face sideways to the running direction)

  • Basic Sprints: 5 sets of 5–10 second sprints (straight ahead)

  • Wall Tib Raises: 2 sets AMRAP
