Booster Gold (DB)

This workout is very Chest and Bicep focused

Booster Gold is a time traveler, who brought future tech back to our current times, then became a hero to “Get Famous” in the future. Not a great role model, but he’s funny. So there is that. But I would guess he would just run bro-splits. Here is Chest Monday.



Dumbell Bench Press (warmup then) 2 sets to failure

Incline Dumbell Chest Fly 1 warm-up set and 2 sets to failure

Push-ups 1 set to failure

Dumbell Bicep Curls 2 sets to failure

Incline Bicep Curls 2 sets to failure
