Captain America

Captain America, also known as Steve Rogers, underwent intense physical and mental training to become a super-soldier. He was given a special serum that transformed his body, giving him enhanced strength, speed, and agility. In addition to his physical abilities, Captain America also received training in combat and strategic thinking, making him a formidable superhero and leader.

This workout is focused on Chest, Shoulders, Quads, Biceps, & Triceps

This is run as a 4x circuit. Choose a weight with which you can perform the exercise for 10–12 full reps

1) 1.5 Bench Press (Full rep/bottom half rep) or Full Floor Press for 5 reps / Superset with 1.5 Push Up (Full Rep/Bottom Half Rep)

2) Close Grip Bench Press/Pin Press for 5 reps (same weight as Bench Press)

3) DB Thruster (Squat to Overhead Press) for 5

4) Knee Up Lunge for 5/leg (Same weight as DB Thruster)

5) Military Press/Overhead Shoulder Press for 5 (Same weight as DB Thruster)

6) W Curls (1 rep in to chest/1 rep out to shoulder) for 5. (Same weight as DB Thruster)
