Daredevil
Daredevil is a Marvel Comics superhero character who first appeared in 1964. The alter ego of Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer who gained extraordinary senses after a childhood accident, Daredevil fights crime in the streets of Hell's Kitchen, New York City. With his enhanced senses, martial arts training, and acrobatic skills, Daredevil is a highly skilled fighter who defends justice and protects the innocent.
This workout focuses on Chest, Quads, and Shoulders.
This is run as a circuit. Choose a weight that you can perform the exercise for 10-12 full reps.
After each exercise perform this—>Ab Bracing (Valsalva Maneuver) [30 second of pulsing] Place the webbing of your thumb and index to the midpoint of your lowest rib and hip. Press your hands in and use your core to push out.
1) Dead Stop Push-Up [10-12 reps] think normal push-up but chest fully goes to floor and hands peel off the ground before each rep
2) Burpee [10-12 reps]
3) Squat to Overhead Press [10-12 reps]
4) Banded Punch [10-12 reps/side]
5) Punch Squat or Shadow Box [30secs]
6) Box Jumps [10-12 reps] or TRX Jump Squats
