Robin, the iconic sidekick to Batman, has been portrayed by several characters throughout DC Comics history, including Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne. Each Robin brings their own unique skills and personality to the role, but they all share a dedication to justice and a desire to assist Batman in protecting Gotham City. 1) Side Lunges- 4 sets 12-15 per side - Test a warm up first, work to get as low as possible and strong NOT as low as possible.

2)Handstand/Headstand/Overhead Press/Bottoms Up Kettlebell Press (any stands-3-5 mins/any press 3 sets of 8-12)

3) Windmills 2 sets of 15-20

4) Jack Knife Sit-Ups 2 sets of 15-20

5) Tip Toe Squats or Sissy Squats 2 set of 10-12 (or to failure might be a good challenge)

6) 15 min Short Jog- Intensity Low-Mid

7) 1 Balancing Challenge- Try old man challenge or a posture or simply stand on one leg for a minute
