  1. 1 lb shredded chicken

  2. 1 cup buffalo sauce

  3. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt ranch dressing

    1. 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

    2. 1-2 tablespoon of ranch seasoning

  4. 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  6. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  7. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  8. Green onion, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt ranch dressing, cottage cheese, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add half of the shredded mozzarella and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix until evenly distributed.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top of the dip.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.

  9. Serve the buffalo chicken dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers.
