1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon low-fat butter
Pinch of salt

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
Add the Greek yogurt and low-fat butter to the flour mixture. Use a fork or pastry cutter to incorporate the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, while kneading the dough until it forms a smooth and elastic ball.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, and roll each portion into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each dough ball into a thin circle, about 6-8 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 30-60 seconds on each side, or until lightly browned and bubbles form.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls, stacking the cooked tortillas on a plate and covering them with a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm.
