  3. 1 tablespoon low-fat butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.

  2. Add the Greek yogurt and low-fat butter to the flour mixture. Use a fork or pastry cutter to incorporate the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, while kneading the dough until it forms a smooth and elastic ball.

  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, and roll each portion into a ball.

  5. On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each dough ball into a thin circle, about 6-8 inches in diameter.

  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 30-60 seconds on each side, or until lightly browned and bubbles form.

  7. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls, stacking the cooked tortillas on a plate and covering them with a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm.
