Sloppy Joe Nacho (makes 1)

Ingredient List
4 oz 96/4 Ground Beef
1/2 medium White Onion
1/2 medium Bell Pepper (your choice of color)
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/ cup 4Chicory Root or Honey
1 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
2 Mission Carb Balance Tortillas (can be done over french fries too)
Optional (red pepper flake/Chili powder/Cayenne/your favorite hot sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Little bit of Cooking Spray
Optional (chives or green onion or sour cream or Greek yogurt)
Instructions
Set oven or air fryer to 400 F
Cut the tortilla into chips and light spray with cooking spray
Toss the chips in the over/fryer for about 5-7 minutes
Brown the meat chosen until done. Add salt and pepper
Sauté 1/2 the Onion and all Bell Pepper
Add in minced garlic and Worcester Sauce
Add Ketchup and Chicory Roar/Honey then stir to combine
Add other spices to your preference of heat
Once the chips are done, lightly salt/season chips and plate it on a broiler safe tray
Pour the sloppy joe over the chips, smother with shredded cheese
Place under the broiler to melt cheese.
Once done top with chives
