1 Count Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 Egg
1 Stick Butter or butter sub
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 Diced Onion
1/2 Diced Bell Pepper
1 Heavy Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Melt Butter in 9x13 pan
Mix all other ingredients in the same pan. Mix it real good
Bake for 45-60 minutes. The edge will turn that crispy brown we all like.
