Egg White Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  1. 1 Tortilla Carb Mission’s 60cals/tortilla)

  2. 80g Egg Whites or 1-2 beaten eggs

  3. 28g Low Fat Mozzarella

  4. 8 Turkey Pepperoni

  5. 1-2 g Garlic Powder

  6. Other pizza stuff optional (peppers/onion/your favorite topping)

Instructions

  1. Find a frying pan about the sized of the tortilla and spray with cooking spray

  2. Place the Pepperoni and Cheese and cook on medium until the cheese starts to melt

  3. Pour in the Egg Whites or beaten eggs over the top

  4. Place the tortilla to cover the mixture

  5. Use a spatula to help the edge of the lift, over time the egg will release and you can flip the whole thing.

  6. Cook the other side until desired crispiness

  7. Cut like a pizza (or fold and enjoy like a quesadilla)
