Garlic Naan (makes 6 servings)

Ingredients:
100g Casein protein powder
100g Bread flour
3g (1 tsp) Salt
3g (1 tsp) Sugar
10g (1 Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
18g (1 Tbsp) Minced garlic
25g (2.5 Tbsp) Chopped green onion
380ml Water
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine 100g casein protein powder, 100g bread flour, 3g salt, and 3g sugar.
Add in 10g melted unsalted butter, 18g minced garlic, and 25g chopped green onion.
Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least an hour.
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Take a small piece of dough and shape it into a round, flat disc with your hands.
Place the disc onto the heated pan and cook for around 2-3 minutes or until it becomes slightly brown and puffy.
Flip it over and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat steps 6-8 until you've used up all the dough.
Serve hot and enjoy!
