Garlic Naan (makes 6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 100g Casein protein powder

  • 100g Bread flour

  • 3g (1 tsp) Salt

  • 3g (1 tsp) Sugar

  • 10g (1 Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter

  • 18g (1 Tbsp) Minced garlic

  • 25g (2.5 Tbsp) Chopped green onion

  • 380ml Water

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine 100g casein protein powder, 100g bread flour, 3g salt, and 3g sugar.

  • Add in 10g melted unsalted butter, 18g minced garlic, and 25g chopped green onion.

  • Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  • Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least an hour.

  • Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

  • Take a small piece of dough and shape it into a round, flat disc with your hands.

  • Place the disc onto the heated pan and cook for around 2-3 minutes or until it becomes slightly brown and puffy.

  • Flip it over and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Repeat steps 6-8 until you've used up all the dough.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!
