Ingredient List
2 oz Banza Chickpea Elbows
Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup Cashew/Nut Milk
1/3 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar
3 count Low Calorie Cheese Slices (Kraft/Velveeta/Borden)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbls of Nutritional Yeast
Optional (Vital wheat Gluten or Pea Protein to up the Protein overall.)
Instructions
Make pasta according to manufacturer’s spec.
In a small pot, mix the remaining ingredients and allow it all to meld
Drain pasta water until a few tablespoon of liquid and you noodles are in the pot.
Dump contents into sauce
Mix to combine
If you like breadcrumbs than dust lightly and broil or not.
