Ingredient List

  • 2 oz Banza Chickpea Elbows

  • Cheese Sauce

    • 1/2 cup Cashew/Nut Milk

    • 1/3 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar

    • 3 count Low Calorie Cheese Slices (Kraft/Velveeta/Borden)

    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric

    • 1/2 tsp Paprika

    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

    • 2 tbls of Nutritional Yeast

    • Optional (Vital wheat Gluten or Pea Protein to up the Protein overall.)

    Instructions

  1. Make pasta according to manufacturer’s spec.

  2. In a small pot, mix the remaining ingredients and allow it all to meld

  3. Drain pasta water until a few tablespoon of liquid and you noodles are in the pot.

  4. Dump contents into sauce

  5. Mix to combine

  6. If you like breadcrumbs than dust lightly and broil or not.

  7. Serve
