Chocolate Chip Chocolate Pancakes/Waffles
(1 Serving 2-3 waffles or pancakes depending on size)
Calories 151/Protein 14g/Carb 13g/Fat 6g (per serving)
Ingredient List (toppings are not set in stone. Top your pancakes however you like bro!)
Add per pancake
1 Slice of Bread (find the lowest calorie version)
1 Egg (or 2 oz egg white)
1/4 scoop of Chocolate CASEIN protein (can be blended, but not only whey)
1 tsp Sugar or Sugar Substitute
1 Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
Water as needed to thin the mix (casein can absorb moisture)
Instructions
Toss it all in the blender
Spray a nonstick pan and set burner to medium heat
Pour out a pancake
Once the bubbles appear on the edges, lift a corner and check your work, if brown continue.
Add the things
fruits, chocolate chips, whatever
