Cinnamon Apple Waffles (2 servings)

Ingredients
3 slices of sliced bread
100g egg whites
1 scoop Casein or blended Vanilla Protein Powder
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
5g Vanilla Extract
30g Apple Sauce
1 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1 Apple of choice
Instructions
Place all the things (except the whole apple) in a blender or food processor and get to a waffle batter thickness. (more bread/protein powder to thicken and water/milk/almond milk to thin it out.)
Warm up and spray the waffle maker (per manufacturer instruction) {they are all a little different]
When ready, pour and do the waffle things
Slice the apple
Stack the waffle and apple, then top with syrup or powder sugar.
