French Toast Sandwich (1 serving)

Ingredients
French Toast
2 slices of bread (I use 35 calorie bread from Aldi—> Fit & Active)
85g egg whites (enough to soak the bread)
1/2 scoop Casein or blended Vanilla Protein Powder
5g Vanilla Extract
5 g cinnamon
2g nutmeg
1 pinch salt
150g scramble eggs whites
2 slices of Cheese (I use Borden’s 45 cal/slice)
Maple Syrup or Hot Sauce or both???
Instructions:
1) Make or meal prep French toast. Mix all the French toast liquids and soak the bread in it. This recipe is only 2 slices, but it’s easy to eat 5-6 slices for breakfast.
2) Scramble dem eggs. You can use 1 whole egg, the calorie would be closer to 300 cals, but that’s still good.
3) Sandwich the cheese and egg in the toast and wait a moment for the cheese to melt.
4) Dip in syrup or hot sauce.
