Elvis Waffles (serves 2)
Calories 228/Protein 13g/Carbs 26g/Fat 8g (per serving)
Ingredients
1) 4 slices of sliced bread
2) 200g egg whites
3) 1/2 scoop Casein or blended Vanilla Protein Powder
4) 2 tbsp. Powder Peanut Butter
5) 1 tbsp. cinnamon
6) 1 serving Jelly (I used grape)
7) 2g Baking Powder
8) 1 tbsp. Fake Sugar of choice
9) 2 strips Turkey Bacon (cooked and chopped)
10) 1 M to L Banana (1/3 in mix, rest for topping)
11) 1 serving Sugar Free Syrup
12) 1/2 cup blueberries
13) 1 serving Reduce Fat Peanut Butter (warmed up in the microwave. Do this last.)
Instructions
Cook the bacon if not ready
Place items 1-10* (only 1/3 of the banana-slice the rest for later) in a blender until smooth. May need a little more egg white or water or a little more protein powder you know what to look for.
Stir in chopped bacon
Cook in waffle maker or can be pancakes
Stack the waffle
Top with leftover banana, blueberries, syrup, and warmed peanut butter
