1 pack of crescent rolls shaped into 4 squares (press the seems to create a rectangle
4 slices of Turkey Bacon
1/4 cup of Low Fat Cheese (cheddar is a good starter)
3 Whole Eggs
3 Tbsp of Almond Milk (can be regular milk too just a little flavor to the eggs)
A few shakes of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Dice and fry of the Turkey Bacon move to the side
Spray a cookie sheet and place 4 pre-squared sheets of the crescent dough
Scramble eggs and milk
Place eggs on dough, top with bacon and cheese
Fold the opposite corners of the dough to opposite midlines
Use any residue of the uncooked egg to brush the crescent rolls
Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Bake at 375F for about 10-12 mins
