Ingredient List
4 Slices of Bread (find the lowest calorie version)
1 large Egg
2 Egg White
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
10g Sugar or Sugar Substitute
5g of Vanilla Extract
10-15g Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Scoop Casein Vanilla Protein
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients (except the bread) in a bowl and mix until homogenous
Submerge a slice of bread and place in a heated nonstick pan sprayed with a slight amount of cooking spray
Cook on one side for 1-2 minutes, while this occurs, try to pour a little more of the mix on top. It will absorb a fair amount.
Flip and cook the other side
Repeat with the next slice.
Should have little to no mix left for the bread.
It can be topped with sugar-free syrup/fruit/Greek yogurt
