Egg White Bites

  • 8 egg whites

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup minced onion

  • 2 slices of turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • (optional) Add Cheese bro!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites until light and frothy. This incorporates air and creates volume

  3. Add in the chopped spinach, red bell pepper, diced onion, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 of the way full.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the tops are lightly golden.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  7. Use a knife or spatula to carefully loosen the egg white bites from the muffin tin.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious and healthy egg white bites!
