My Favorite Standard Breakfast (1 serving)

It’s strange that it’s my favorite, but I like what I like. I eat this on a bulk or a cut or at maintenance. I just want to share good things. I’ve added turkey bacon or regular bacon too. 4 slices of turkey bacon add 100 calories

Ingredient List

  1. 4 Slices of Bread (find the lowest calorie version)

  2. 2-4 whole eggs (can sub part or all with egg whites)

  3. 1 tbls of Grape Jelly (you could use any but why? Grape is great)

  4. Dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce

  5. Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread to desired doneness. I like to put 2 slices in one slot and the center stays soft. Smear jelly on the toast

  2. Prepare eggs in a non-stick pan. it can be scrambled, but I actually like my eggs over hard. It’s a weird recipe

  3. Cut the egg to get a even portion on each on the toast

  4. Dash out hot sauce to preference.
