Cereal + Milk

  1. 3 Caramel Rice Cakes (150 calories) any flavor will do

    1. Honestly just weight out 1 serving of cereal

  2. 1 cup Cashew Milk (or whatever milked nut you like.)

  3. 1/2 scoop Whey Protein (custom like the rice cake concept) CASEIN IS TOO CREAMY

  4. Cereal toppers

Instructions

  1. Mix protein and milk

  2. Break up the rice cake

  3. Sprinkle rice cake over protein

    1. Add berries, bananas, low-cal syrup, Walden Farms.
