Ingredients
2 cups of Steel Cut oats
3 cups of Water/almond milk
1/2 can of canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 scoop Vanilla Casein Protein
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp ground Ginger
1 Star Anise whole
1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp. of low calorie sweetener
Instructions
Pour everything to a crockpot
Set on low and let it run overnight. I do recommend stirring it up once or twice before bed.
Spoon out a serving into your favorite eating vessel. This is important. No second class dishes here.
