Pumpkin Proatmeal

Ingredient List

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Steel Cut oats

  • 3 cups of Water/almond milk

  • 1/2 can of canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Casein Protein

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Allspice

  • 1/2 tsp ground clove

  • 1/2 tsp ground Ginger

  • 1 Star Anise whole

  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tbsp. of low calorie sweetener

Instructions

  1. Pour everything to a crockpot

  2. Set on low and let it run overnight. I do recommend stirring it up once or twice before bed.

  3. Spoon out a serving into your favorite eating vessel. This is important. No second class dishes here.
