Ingredient List

Graham Cracker Crust

  1. 3-4 Graham Cracker Sheets

  2. 1/4c sugar free maple syrup

Cheesecake base

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

  • 100g low fat ricotta cheese

  • 80g low fat Cream Cheese

  • 100g Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 15g Sucralose or fake sugar

  • 5g Vanilla Extract

  • 10g Sugar-Free Cheesecake Jell-O

  • optional Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the graham crackers in a bag and smash to a moderately fine consistency

  2. Add the smashed grahams to a bowl and slowly mix in the sugar free syrup mix. Continue to work the crumbs and syrup until it like wet sand to build a sand castle. Spoon the mix to the bottom of a oil-sprayed mini muffin tin

  3. Mix all the cheesecake base in a bowl and whip it until homogenous and creamy

  4. mix in optional chips

  5. Spoon the mix over the graham cracker crust

  6. Put in the the fridge for 10mins to overnight
