Chip Coated Pork Loin (makes 3 servings)

Ingredient List

  • Full Pork Lion. cut in to 6 or 12 equal pieces.

    • There are a few marinade version so pair your chip selection. I went with Smoked Applewood with bacon

  • 28oz Pop-Corners 130-140 calorie bag.

    • There are a few flavors, but I went with Spicy Queso. They remind me of Nacho Cheese Doritos but they have a hint more spice.

Get creative and have fun. it’s just pork.

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer @400F for 5 minutes

  2. Slice the pork loin to serving size

  3. You might be able to use the original bag of chips and crush it to a slightly larger than breadcrumb consistency. (might need to use a regular zip-lock style bag

  4. Coat the pork in the chip dust.

  5. Arrange the pork in the air fryer to allow air flow and cook @ 350 F for about 10-15 minutes. (it’s done at 165F but you can stop at 160is and wait 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with BBQ or Horseradish or your favor low calorie dip/sauce.
