Ingredient List

  • 6 Sausage Links (Kirkwood Turkey Jalapenos)

  • 1 container of Earthly Grain Pre-Mix (review for your favorite 750 calorie for the box.

  • 2 Celery Stalks

  • 1 Onion sliced

  • 1 Large Bell Pepper sliced (could easily add 2)

  • 1 tsp Mince Garlic

  • 10 slices of turkey bacon

  • 3 tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten (or AP Flour/starch is fine) plus water. It’s just to thicken up the mix. It’s a slurry.

  • 4 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and slice the ingredients. Not the gluten/flour. You know better.

  2. Start the Pre-Mix to directions *minus use twice the water recommend.

  3. Cook the sausage, cool, and cut . This takes a few minutes too. Wrap them up in foil and do step 4.

  4. Sauté the veggies (with cooking spray) and add to the Pre-Mix

  5. Add turkey bacon and sausage to Pre-Mix.

  6. Let it all cook down. Add herbs and spices as you like. They normally low enough in calories. Make it yours. Stir on occasion should take 2 beers worth of time.

  7. If it’s still too watery, mix in a little of the slurry. Stir and wait about 5 minutes. Retest.

  8. Turn off the burner and go do something else for 20 mins.

  9. Serve with hot sauce, green onion, parsley, and creole seasoning
